Ustad 4 days heavy workout. Fri,Sat, Sund ,wed : Back,Shoulders,Chest,Legs ... Sat,sun abs(waist ups, hanging crunches, Leg raises) only 2 days kaani noppulu week antha undevi.. i used to do just for 20 min and 20min for 2 days .. Cardio for 3 miles 2 days in week. and fri,sat,sun 1 to 2 miles after workout with 8miles/hr speed. Food wise: No rules on 4 workout days. I used to feel that my belly is small to support my intake requirement. especially after heavy squats. Dinamma white rice,cheez ani kadu edi kummina just atta arigi poyyedi.. non workout days: brown rice, chicken breast(bjs lo frozen cooked di dorukutundi) 2 times a day and nice breakfast with eggs,bread,peanut butter. this is all i did |

I am reaching the end of 6 pack journey. 1.5 years journey with lots of ups and downs and injuries. Learnt lots of lessons. Following changes in recent times gave me optimum results. Thanks to people who suggested them. 1) Cardio at the end of the workout. It worked out well for me. I started lifting more weights after having good snack and at the end 20min intensive cardio. Also you do not need too much cardio to shed fat. Lift more and eat healthy would work. 2) 6 packs: Some how i have seen good results when i started lifting more weight. you need to plan really well to lift weights. At least from day before. Eat good food, good sleep then hit the gym. Mentally you should make up how much u need to lift. 3)Food: I did big mistake in food intake. Diet depends on how you workout. IF you lift more and eat less then you are screwed. I started eating more when i started lifting more. It was nothing compared what i used to eat. All indian way. I had big myth on white rice. When you lift more , nothing will make you fat. It would run out very fast. And you will be really building muscles. Carb cycle diet worked for couple months after that it effected my workout. Did not had enough energy to hit the gym after carb diet. So i stopped and slowly started taking intake based on my workout. It had better results. All along i used to think that cheez and butter is bad for body. But it served me well when i lifted more. Never avoid fat. you need it. Thanks to db and thanks to all who suggested good things. 6 pack all indian way. |
