spend 45 to 90 mins a day with either intense or comfort workouts.. control diet ... keep it regular ..

change the patterns based on your interest.. the single main reason we cant reach our goal is not because we are doing the wrong exercises, it is because we give up easily. there will always be set backs.. there will always be 1000 better ways to do stuff.. but i feel you should do what you like.. eventually you will tread over to things that you thought you dint like ..

annitikante main mana mind ... just dont give up.. even if you are just walking .. walk 90 mins a day.. eventually you will change yourself to running, or doing something else in those 90 mins.. aa 90 mins mathram vadhalakoodadhu ...

burfing, planking, pushups, box jumps cross training lo kottaaali..

just cycling, elipiticals etc antha gaa pani cheyavu.. may be open air running may help...

You have hit the plateau.
First two weeks of rigorous exercising taravatha weekly easy gaa 1 to 2 lbs difference kanipisthu vuntadi until you hit this plateau.
Once you hit it, you have to change your cycle, and diet.
at least 10 min warm-up, slow to moderate to rigorous and fast movements.
taravatha weights, cardio, elliptical, whatever fits your plan.
Change diet to low carbs and high protein and Trans-fat. Protein in every meal. Use only Olive oil. Change.. change.. change... change whatever you can to get out of this plateau.
There is only so much we can do VS There is something more we could do.

But muscle building lo cardio does not help you. Once you do cardio , it takes 1 days to recover to have full energy. So nenu taggincha.. i do cardio only 3 days week and that too only for couple of miles.
