Ni main aim enti? muscle building or weight reduction? Weight main criteria ayithe cardio cheyyi.. But muscle building lo cardio does not help you. Once you do cardio , it takes 1 days to recover to have full energy. So nenu taggincha.. i do cardio only 3 days week and that too only for couple of miles. mundu ayithe lagetthe vanni.. assalu energy undedi kadu.. |
