recently okadesi family's house was on fire due to laundry dryer it was on with the clothes suddenly got fire and 25%of the house was burnt within few minutes before the fire engine came please get the ducts cleaned periodically and don't turn the washer/dryer and dishwasher on and go to sleep or go out of the house luckily it was in the evening everyone got out and safe | ||

we went thru a rental company they took care of finding the tenant paper work etc.. deposit amount was with them I took care of the routine maintenance using known local handyman and contractors, if you are out of town you can give the maintenance to the rental company.
