Protein Natural sugars(carbs) Fat( if you make with 2% fat milk then it is not big issues) When you eat yogurt you get above all. If you are more towards diet then you need to do little bit change and eat each party in different timings. ela? how can you divide them? most of the Natural sugar and carbs in yogurt are in the water which comes with yogurt. Avoid that and eat only Gadda perugu. Gadda perugu is equal to Greek yogurt. this is high protein. if it is made with 2% milk then you need not to worry about fat.
