it will push the food (which is in process of digestion) prematurely downwords which disrupts the digestion

Night time one should avoid Curd if possible, eat 3 hrs before sleep. Butter Milk is best at night

1)Make yogurt with 2% milk
2) Drain water using filter cloth by pressing yogurt. cloth madyalo esi pisikithe water pothundi. This is old way of doin greek yogurt. Water enduku tisestaru ante it is full of natural sugar.

Fat is most important thing in your daily diet. Skim milk main disadvantage is high in natural sugar and no fat.. Manchi kante chedu ekkuva..

This fat is negligible compared to fat you get from fry, pizza etc.

1) Yogurt which you prepare at home has following things in it.

Protein
Natural sugars(carbs)
Fat( if you make with 2% fat milk then it is not big issues)

When you eat yogurt you get above all. If you are more towards diet then you need to do little bit change and eat each party in different timings. ela? how can you divide them?

most of the Natural sugar and carbs in yogurt are in the water which comes with yogurt. Avoid that and eat only Gadda perugu. Gadda perugu is equal to Greek yogurt. this is high protein. if it is made with 2% milk then you need not to worry about fat.

The remaining water you get in yogurt bowl in high of sugar and carbs. Drink it as majjiga after your Exercise or running. will give goof fuel to your muscle recovery.
