A comment from net.. perfectly tells diff between AK and Chiru. t is all credit to Aam Aadmi party, an outfit formed just 10 months ago by a little known Arvind Kejriwal with lack of political structure and starved of resources giving a real scare to both the National parties namely the Congress and BJP. Infact the problems of AAP were many. They were contesting for the first time in electoral politics and totally unaware of the nitty gritties of conventional electioneering. They had two resource rich National parties on the opposite side heavily funded by the Corporates and Multi Nationals which were not shy in deploying every illegitimate means and every trick in the book in elections to win it by hook or crook and they also had the Modi factor to contend with, who was organizing jamboree rallies in the Capital backed by an Corporatised Media which was singing Modi nama and manufacturing a Modi wave throughout the Country. Yet, the AAP took the bull by its horns and came out victorious and in terms of vote share they have equalled the BJP although they trail by about two to three seats. I would not say this is unpredented but certainly a National trend setter and just goes to show that even a Party without a proper political structure and resources can win the confidence of the masses if the intentions are right. | ||
