Our itinerary: Total 10/11 days including travel.. Day 1: Fly from east coast to Honolulu. Check in to a hotel near Waikiki beach, Evening spent time in (awesome)beach, dinner and rest (jet lag). Day 2: Pearl harbor & Polynesian center (dinner). Day 3: Hanauma beach (snorkeling) & drive around. Day 4: Sky diving in Dillingham Airfield. Evening flew to Big Island, Checked in to a resort in Kailua, spent time in the beach. Day 5: Drive to Volcano state park. Long drive, but loved it. Checked the only active volcano, Trekked down into one volcano crater (Inactive  ) through rain forest. Awesome experience, but very tiring with kids. One thing we missed in BigIsland is Mauna Kea Observatory due to time. Day 6: Flew to Maui, checked into a beach resort. Relaxed and enjoyed the sunset at beaches. Day 7: Drive to Hana highway. Awesome drive, great beaches. Its like you drive to a point and return back in the same way. The rest of the path is bit rugged and rental cars have restriction in the contract. But we choose to continue, great nature, rocky clips, totally isolated world. Its bit risky, if you are doing it make sure there is enough sun light for the rest of the day. Day 8: Sunrise at Haleakala-national-park, rest of the day relaxed at lagoon at the resort and beach. Day 9: Snorkeling at molokini crater. My god, the best place to snorkel, you shouldn't miss it. Spent rest of the evening in shopping at local mall. Day 10: Flew back and lost a day in travel and time change. Hope this helps. | ||

We had been to Hawaii in Dec-2011, thoroughly enjoyed.. Great place. I think the season starts from mid Dec and price(s) shoots up almost double. In Nov, there is a risk of rain and note if it rains you are just confined to indoor resorts. But if you are price conscious, may be worth taking a chance. | ||

Hawaii is good any time of the year from Climate perspective. but nov,dec and jan are the busiest months. prepared to spend a lot of money. everything is expensive but the good part is cheap janal raru. knchm highend crowd untaru even staff at the attractions are polite and helping unlike miami. u get good deal if you book flight and hotel together . 10 days antunnav kabatti you can visit 2 islands. | ||

November, December and Jan are the busiest times for Hawaii. We went in November not during thanks giving, so it was not crazy.. We spent a week only in Maui.. relaxed ga plan chesthe bavuntadi, too many things cheyyakunda.. Black Sand beach, Haleakala mountain, snorkling, para chute on water good.. | ||

couple of years ago, I went in June for a week. only Honolulu (Oahu island) weather was good. Beaches istam untay....Hawaii is good place. Best thing is, try going for 2 islands. Big Island lo, volcano edho untadhi. Oahu lo, go to http://www.polynesianculturalcenter.com/ , one day event. baavuntundhi. ignore spam. | ||
