once its under cooked at 4min ... you can estimate like 1-2 min recook over cooking is main risk ... we never boil in our ipot ,but my guess will be if you were saying 1kg pots..were soft at 6 min you will try 4 min and 5-7 min steam (not removing pressure) then see Happy Ending Gujju Mentality | ||

Because I don’t want to decrease time to 4 min again to get overly cooked or under cooked potatoes...already one kilogram of potatoes are wasted... Instapot lo how many minutes manual lo pedite potatoes will be cooked correctly?? Not to be over cooked or undercooked.... I use this potatoes as the ingadient in wittebonen suppe. First I tried for 11 min ...potatoes became too soft Next tried for 8 min....same repeat Finally tied 6 min still same. How many minutes should I boil in manual mode in instapot to get rightly cooked rather than over cooked potatoes?? Calling experts...
