They will invest in Bihar, Orissa, Punjab, KN, Kerala, TG, WB and strengthen party in Delhi, UP, MH, CG, RJ, MP, Assam, Himachal pradesh, J&k, Gujrat, Goa, Haryana, Jharkand, Uttarakhand and the 7 NE states.
