I dont think so...regular processing of bellam n thaati bellam r one n the same...except that one is obtained from sugar cane, n the other from thaati chettu..or even eeetha bellam is good too..

dosa, idly lani millets tho kooda cheyyocchu..

avoid white sugar, use unrefined brown sugar, coconut sugar, thaati bellam, honey

use coconut oil, avoid refined oils, canola, veggie oil etc..

Avoid eggs n meat as much as possible...

avoid coffees n teas, use kashaayams instead..

use sesame seeds for nuvvulunda or as dressing in salads/curries...

try to incorporate all these into your lifestyle for ever...not just for some time...

n dont forget...keep rotating millets every day...one day..one variety of millets...5 days...5 millets...

u will be all set...




milk anedi cereals loki.

long back avoided refined oils. using only coconut oil only.

white sugar maanesi chala kalam ayyindi. assalu sugar anedi ledu ippudu. oka time lo tea lo brown sugar undedi. tea koda manesa 1.5 years back.

veg nenu till 2010. now no meat from past 2 months.

eggs matuku morning breakfast ga omlet lo thintanu weekly once.

1 month back india nunchi vachina vallu sweets etc icharu. avi thinta mamulu food koda kummesa baga. gained 6 lbs from 157. now down 160 ki vachesa. strict chesi malla 156 157 ki vellali.
