I am eating white rice, hand pounded rice, soaked nuts, all kinds of items i used to, normal vegetable curries, eggs, fruits

occasional ice creams, donuts

only black coffee one time , 1 shot. Butter milk or curd on time. sea alst only. white sugar almost none.

with intermittent fasting 5 weekday , with weekend relax its been 5 weeks - lost 10 lbs, feels very good, no hunger pranks, so sugar craving, feels light and active than before physically and mentally.

More than that having more detached approach towards hard incidents.

I am enjoying all food i like, but now i am into complete mitaharam mode, which is very effective in carrying all our chores without any weakness, having light breathing, sound sleep unlike before.

Yes Sir we all know this. what i mean is keeping peace inside to the max extent and feel happy for others and yourself. we can have arguments and fights should be short living.

There is something i came Across Dr Dixith diet famous in Karnataka anD maharastra Aimed at normal people having life style issues

I think it is 2 time meal plan, also working effective

So Bottom line is you eat white rice, millets, wheat , or VRK what ever as long as your mind is in your control what to eat how much to eat when to eat, what should not be mixed together and enjoy all foods in a constrained way , we are good. Khader never suggested mix n match, eat all 5 as they come, 1 type every day...n depending on your condition, u could some of them 2 days, n the rest remaining 4 days...

we dont see any change in first 30 to 50 days....then starts reduction..you need to be cautious at this stage by checking your blood,urine,kidney, liver function tests

Me lost 9 kgs in 4 months by
having millets in night
yoga -12 sets (12x12) suryanamaskarms in 20 minutes
cutting sugar, milk, sweets, bakery items and outside food and weekly beer.

waist reduction 2.5 inches, tummy gone, buggalu gone, double chin gone....12 years back posture.

now i am back to routine and stopped all the above measures and gained 3 kgs (mostly around tummy again) in just 1 month

now I understood my metabolism and need better tuning with healthy food habits and yoga

Annam, biryani, sweets, cakes etc anni cut.

Is it ok to lose weight this way with millets. Healthy e na.
