Also greet yogurt is a good source of protein. Even regular yogurt. 2% milk tho intlone greek yogurt chesukovacchu. just remove water from yogurt. water is just sugary carbs in yogurt

Always you should watch your body percentage. losing weight does not mean your getting healthy. you might be just losing water contaent of body which is no use.

That is not hungry. it is carb hunger. you should not eat when you starve for carbs.. try to eat nice 4 eggs omelet with eggs. drink nice milk.

eat oats instead of cereal. limit oats also to half cup. we eat way too much carbs in our diet, that too processed carb. change everything to hard carbs like brown rice, whole wheat, rolled oats(not instant oats).

you wills ee major major difference ur body. it is long process but you have to find way out to change diet. I eat normal rice, biryany but only once in a month.. that too very limited.. rest of the days my diet is very selected. i do not even realize that i diet. it has become part of my routine.

I do not take regularly. I take only when i work out. it gives really good recovery. You also sleep well.

remember these thing does not work for everyone. you have to try differnt things. everyone body is different . you may see some side effects.

if you can avoid these things, avoid but you need to get from food. only way is balance food. spinach, brown rice, beans, vegetables, meat, egg, fish.. try to include all in ur daily food intake.. you can easily avoid all

Why to take whey protein




You need to eat 2 fish filltes to get 30grams of protein and they take little longer to absorb.

a protein supplement is only when you cannot eat 200 grams of protein with your food intake.

you need your weight x 2 grams of protein on heavy heavy lifting day. you need 1xbody weight on moderate day.. on nomal day 75% of body weight.

you cannot eat so much meet, egg etc.. whey protein substitute rest of 50 to 100 grams. But try to limit as much as possible. it is processed protein so not good for health..

you should not think of whey protein unless you are lifting and your muscle is very sore.

sore ante sore.. edo gym ki poyam kada ani whey protein tagakandi.. it comes out of urine. body use only what it requires.. so kidney mida effect ekkuva

you should find way out. I usually do instant ones. i got table top grill from walmart. I throw marinated chicken breast for 10 minutes and you get really cooked one. fish takes hardly 5 minutes.. do not use oil, use spray. Appply, lime, salt, chilly powder and garam masal to fish and throw on grill. 10 minutes kante ekkuva pattadu

india cooking ante.. pellam divorce istundi.. find easy ways

isolate 2 scoops. just after gym.

but you need more carbs after gym so go for isolate and oats together in a smoothie.

Watch your calories. usually, smoothie gives you 500+ calories. if you are not really exercising heavily you do not need these. glass of milk with 2 boiled eggs are more than enough

all my suggestion are only for heavy lifters. if you follow this intake you put on more weight than what you are now. which is failure.

your intake should be based on your work out. moderate workout also does not need protein supplements. stick to milk, egg, and chicken until you go heavy exercise.

Whey protein is not a protein?




whey protein lo isolate is fast absorbable protein and easily digestible. It has 90% percentage of protein compared to normal whey protein. it is a more refined one. you should also use it if you have lactose tolerance issues.

I use the unflavoured one. usually you get coupons and I buy 11lb bag for 60$. that is enough for one year. I only take these on weight lifting day and no carb day. I try to limit them as much as possible. I depend on Fish, Breast chicken, goat meat.

Always go for isolate which digests faster and it would get observed fast. you won't have stomach upset.

I usually make a smoothie with banana and strawberries with orange. Almonds,whey protein and strawberry on non carb day.

My trainer also tolded
He said in his experience many of his students scared of squats with heavy weight
As ROM is more in squats then bench press
But in my case it's other way
I do squats passionately
But bench press still weak not even touched 200lbs

But I don't give up
My ultimate goal is 456 in weight lifting

Six pack is not bench mark. you get six pack when you are involved in regorous activity like running, weight lifting and swimming.. I came close once. but never tried explicitly. I see now and than 4 pack. but not constantly.

people fast a lot to get six pack. that stay for certain period. we are not in modeling business so we do not focus and maintain them

curious to know if you fall sick despite this exercise regime!! do you ever fall sick!?




Sick ki diniki sambandam ledu? you would still get flue ,cold, allergies. I still take break like 2 to 3 weeks in 5 months..

always break will make your body forget your routine and next time your body reacts different.

you have to melt your exercise into your life. not otherway around. you should have gym near by and you should do quick gym visits like 45 minutes. Always go for HIT exercises where you take small breaks and do multipel exercises.

The more you spend in gym the more chances you become irregular

Alcohol ayithe kastam.. beer now and than chaltha.. manam mari pedda drinkers mi kamu.. eppuduaina okati ara beer common.. mari peepalu peepalu ayithe shape alane untundi

remember cardio and diet is important. eat really good on weight lifting days. your muscle will burn out..

other days.. try to reduce carbs.. you need to develop lifestyle. If your family is cooking lot on weekends then hit gym in the morning and do until failure. your eating on weekend will nto impact your body.

I am doing crossit 3-4 times a week , its been less than 1 year though (on -0ff ) Doing regularly from last 2-3 months. my weight is 190 lbs... I can deadlift 250 lbs Squat 160 lbs (Front and back )
Mostly does all lifts with 75-95 lbs
Situps and Rowing and wall balls bonus

I am confident to see difference within an year ( may be complete transformation )

I eat like pig on the days when i do these exercises. Of course healthy. Otherdays, I eat moderate with high protein , low carb.

Monday , No carb, only protein Swimming for 1 hr

good man.. you guys are strong... so you lifting 1.5 times your weight or even more..?
I think you are strict low good carb and decent protein diet if I remember it correctly.

slowly started ya.. squats became regular now.. though not much progression in load (its more in my mind - I am scared of injury).. will start deadlifts too
same with bench press too.. no progression in load - but do it fairly regularly

finally overcame one of my fears and did box jumps recently.. very effective exercise anipinchindi

It took long. I started gym long ago like 8 years. start small and increase slowly. use good gear to secure your back and knees. if possible take training for your gym coach.

Use squat machine to increase your stregth for heavy weight. I used to do small weight with free weights and heavy on smith machine. Slowly increase free weights. Now only free weights . I do machine one at the end until failure.

have a plan.. it take years to get good form in deadlift and squats. try front squats also..

Gym lo deadlift, squats lekunda emi chestaru.. ladies chese pilla pitthara pirrala exercise chesukunta kurchuntara.. be a man ..

use waist belt and knee belts. it would give you more stability.

ee Madhya gym lo oka group exercise chesthunte nen bhi trying chesa.. doola theerindi..
looks like this is the first thing to improve before even thinking of weights
