I think they have already paid 1.5cr as advance before part 1 rleease anukontaa.. as per the contract anybody wants to backout they need to forfeit the advance and backout, atleast here he is getting movie for free right if you take literal sense.... if part 1 would have done 5mil+, no distributor does no even bother to lift the phone from production ...... he would have gone with his due amount and got the part2 prints royally ... | ||

It seems, First deal was 18crs for both parts, if Part1 does not collect above 3.5mil then the deal is 16crs. I think they have paid 9crs for first part1 rlse. After the result now the deal is re negotiated to 1.5cr for part 2, once the distributor recovers 1.5cr plus another crore expenses, then he will take 2 crores as compensation towards part 1 loss, after that it is 60% to Production and 40% to Distribution. But it is nice gesture by NBK to compensate for the losses, as in the field no body returns(ed) a penny till now except harika refunded 19% of their original deal amt to all distributors and Danayya to little bit for VVR, he might do some more also in this month. | ||
