This is what I decided guys. Today was the last day to pay the fee for hearing. When I went online the citation was not in the system. So, I called call center and they asked me to see the hearing officer in RMV. I went there...he said it will be the system tomorrow and you can pay the $25 fee and schedule the hearing. So, that is what I am doing! Otherwise I will get 2 points which is 15% increse in teh insurance. The best Odarpu | ||

Speeding ticket ki intha aalochinchalsina avasaram em ledhu.. It's a very small violation.. It won't effect anything. Since you were travelling much higher than 30 mph, going to the court doesn't make sense too. If you have a valid reason, Judge might give you first time warning and cancel the ticket. Fight the ticket with a lawyer. They probably charge 100 or so and get it dismissed. You may need to pay partial fine to the court. But it won't end up on your record or have to take defensive driving course (Can differ from court to court) _________________________________________________ Your words will tell others what you think. Got a speeding ticket driving at 43mph in 30mph zone. It is pretty confusing road...goes from 40 to 30 for few yards and then go from 30-40. Cop said there were signs all over.
