Ekkada konukkunna...especially in Hyd lo for residential purposes...make sure about the ground water..

so...make sure...there is good water from the grounddddddddddd..

For the price range u mentioned, u won't get it within city. Try in Nizampet interior.

West side is pretty hot. You shall get villas around Kollur and Mokila around 1.5 Cr +

They are the closest to ur price range closer to Financial District/Gacchibowli.

If you go even further u shall get around 1 Cr....but they shall be atleast 30-40 min drive (50km) from Gacchibowli.
