And by the way Vicky Kaushal was perfection he has aced every role I have seen him play and this was no exception.,,,some scenes will remain etched in mind - the funeral scene as he struggles between breaking down and standing to attention , his angst at his desk job... or the action scenes.. Joins my list of must watch actors

I know you guys have a lot of movies to watch and fight over this weekend - but this is one movie that deserves a watch We all know what it’s based on, the story , the trigger ..and some of the characters ! So there are no big surprises the story can deliver - despite that the narration works and the movie holds the interest ! Kudos to Aditya Dhar for making a crisp movie sticking to the execution of the surgical strike - thankfully no Dream songs , no glamorizing any of the war situations , no melodrama - excellent casting - not just Vicky and Paresh , everyone was good movie ended with applause in the theatre!
