Two key points. Feds action is good news for solidarity . dropping rates while economy is going good causes inflation . 2008 was a fallout. There was decent chance for recovery to not happen. The timely intervention by feds helped even though it bloated budget deficits. Ee sari ala ledhu.. just the growth path got murkier due to instability. But the potential is there !! Andhuke investors koncham trigger happy ga vunnaru. Couple more bad news can put us all in serious trouble. So this is the time for govt. to stop doubling down on stupidity and provide some cover for investors. Any indication of stability will get things back to normal | ||

2008 comparison is not apt. Credit markets have been tight for the most part. Most of the credit is really taken by corporations But market is unstable and the executive branch is not helping by unnecessarily trying to intervene | ||

1. This Government shutdown will end. Market will go up. 2. Expecting Feds to not raise rates in the near future. But it also means that the Fed believes that the economy is slowing down and/shrinking.
