i recently changed however after getting 3 yrs extn..you should be fine with a valid I-140 receipt notice.

i did the same..and got 3 years on H1 extn applied based on old employers I-140

2012 PD under EB2. I only have have 1 yr to apply for H1B extention.. If I change my employer now will i still be eligible for 3 yr H1b extentions with new employer. I know I retain my PD ..

just need opinions from experienced people here
