CBI investigation ee veru...I might give a wierd example but it is something like this: A person has a illegal liquor shop. He goes and rapes a minor. Now one film star goes and purchases wine from this shop and he gets caught by the police. Now CBI charges the accusation stating : Film Star is a regular customer to this illegal liquor shop and he assisted the owner to plan the rape of the minor. This is how CBI investiagtes the case. Loop Holes in the investigation is - a) CBI must have a detective agencies like how FBI/Scotland yard takes help. b) All possibilities of the case must be investigated before you charge sheet. In Sanjay Dutt's case, CBI could not establish that he was part of the Mumbai Bomb Blasts. Sunil Dutt fought his might for his son and proved CBI worng. The only case which is true is : 1. Sanjay Dutt purchased a illegal weapn of mass destruction (AK-47 or 56). 2. He purchased from a underworld don (criminials). 3. He was shooting in Marituius for a new film with Manisha Koirala in 1993 2 weeks before the release of Khal Nayak, When he landed in Mumbai, police arrested him in the airport. He got panicked and asked his aides to burn that gun. Hence he tried to destruct the evidence. Hence 5 yrs of imprisonment as per the Supreme Court. I am NOT defending Sanjay Dutt nor justifying Chiru's statements, but my outcry is on the weak Judicial System this bloody (sorry to use such language but we watse time in debating petty stuff than the core issue) country is following : 1. It is a proven fact that Mumbai bomb blasts in 1993 was masterminded by Dawood Ibrahim. CBI has facts and have shared this with Pakistan & Dubai authorities. But till date noone could even bring him to prosceution. He has built shopping malls, mansions in Karachi & Dubai and invites bollywood stars by demand to dance in his parties.. 2. It is a proven fact that in the old city & medak district of AP, all madarassas are preaching JIHAD to young muslims and are sponosiring terrorism thru Bangladesh Islam fundalmentalists. Till date noone is charge sheeted for the Lumbini & Gokul Chat blasts or for that matter 40 blasts in India in last 11 years. But just becuase a film actor is misguided by his friends to buy a AK-56 weapon (which is illegal) and by the way he repeated the same when he was drug additced during teenage. It proves he is gulliable to crime which has NOT impacted anyone as a whole but ruined his own life. Dutt was sentenced to five years in jail by the Supreme Court March 21 for illegal arms possession during the 1993 Mumbai bomb blasts. Southern filmstar and union Minister for Tourism K Chiranjeevi Wednesday said that actor Sanjay Dutt, convicted under the Arms Act for his role in the 1993 Mumbai blasts, should be given mercy as he has "suffered a lot". "He has suffered a lot. If he gets mercy, then nothing like it," Chiranjeevi told reporters here on the sidelines of a tourism-related event. "He is regretting what he has done. He is a nice person. I pray for him from the bottom of my heart. My sympathies are with him," he added. Dutt was sentenced to five years in jail by the Supreme Court March 21 for illegal arms possession during the 1993 Mumbai bomb blasts. He was asked to surrender in four weeks to serve his remaining term of three-and-half years as he has already spent 18 months in jail. Several members of the film fraternity and politicians like former Samajwadi Party leader Amar Singh and actor-turned-politician Jaya Prada have spoken in Sanjay's support. Press Council of India chairperson Markandey Katju also sought pardon on humanitarian grounds for the actor and Zaibunissa Kazi, both of whom have been sentenced to five years in prison for their role in the 1993 Mumbai bombings. However, other political parties like the BJP and the Shiv Sena have opposed the move, saying it would not be fair to pardon Dutt. (IANS) Poto baagundhi.
