They want to return to a USA in India so they can have best of both. To gated communities. So they are not affected by the animals outside the gate, it seems. Because the rest of India is full of uncouth thugs. Some comments in general I don't understand. How a person who grew up in India for over 20 years can insult home by saying it will take them time to get used to living where more than 2 decades was spent. not true tammud....i had an option to comeback 1 year after my R2I....i chose not to.. My ex boss.....did R2I 4 years before i did...if he wanted he could have come back...he chose not to....he is still here. There are many cases..if you are confused....then you think abt it...if you have your priorities set and made an informed decision you will not regret. Both cases i mentioned above are R2I with kids. | ||

I have an i10 manual for the past 4 years. I am not a fan of driving, so bought something functional (i have driven only 7 Kms in 4 years, adi mana range). I have had no issues with it. But it was not my first choice. I have a colleague who has an i10 automatic, he is happy with it. For R2I people, i would suggest an automatic, it can smoothen your traffic woes a bit. And if your wife intends to drive, then an automatic is advisable. Petrol costs koncham ekkuvaina, driving comfort untadhi. i10 boot space thakkuva, but for 3 people it is a comfortable car. I would suggest you also look at the Swift Dzire Automatic, it is almost as big as a Sedan. Or a Skoda Fabia, it is built very sturdily and is a fantastic car, though a bit expensive.... | ||

It almost reached the tipping point in terms of cost. Memu vundedi kuda gated community. Despite this I like Magarpatta. It gave the common man a better quality of living. Magarpatta lo 3BHK 12K ki dorikindi ante you are lucky...general gaa 2BHK antha untundi, I used to stay in Viman Nagar and used to pay 14K for a row house, but daaniki reason aa illu maa colleague di who was from Pulivendula living in UK, and he never wanted to rent at all, nenu move ainappudu illu maintenance untundi rent ki iste ani naakichaadu, not to make money out it... Kharadi iNox lo cheap untaayi tickets probably around 100-125, but that was only iNOX brand, adoka paata theatre teesukoni brand chesukunnaru anthe, best is Big cinemas in Kalyani Nagar for people staying around Magarapatta, which is obviously expensive.... Restaurents are plenty around Kalyani Nagar. They are expensive but awesome...oka restaurenr peru gurtu ledu, its on the road from Kalyani Nagar to Magarapatta, close to Kalyani Nagar. It has a pool as well if you want to take your kid....you will find largely foreigners in that restaurent most of the time....Good quality food as welll... i am doing pretty good....work is good...more responsibilities ...but timing wise no particular time..but i maintain 11-8 pm. I made it clear that i cannot attend meetings beyond 8pm. So unless there are issues that is my schedule. mostly my meetings 6pm - 8 pm EST which is close to market open in US. Applications/teams i manage are critical at market open. | ||

Anni question ki ikkade reply istunna. Pune lo Magarpatta city lo office. I initially stayed in my company guest house for a month. Magarpatta is wonderful. As soon as I step in to Magarpatta , I feel like it is USA. It is very controlled and it actually helped. You know how we are without control. There is kind of order inside. Regarding Pune in general, one thing I liked is weather. It is not too cold not too hot.First one week was horrible. As soon as I was in Newyork airport, my only kid started crying. I was also in the same situation. Throughout the flight , I was repenting, why did I do this? As soon as we landed in Pune airport we wanted to go back. If somebody could wave a magic wand and put us back a week, we could have gladly obliged. But as they say , time heels everything, we are slowly getting back to routine. Regarding my son (10 years), we admitted him in an international school(vibgyor). So far he seems to be ok even though once in a day he asks me when are we going back. One positive thing is, he is communicating to us more frequently. While in the US , he did not do that. He was always playing video games or watching NFL, NBA etc.. He is telling us how was his school , about friends etc.. Because of this we feel that we did the right thing.We even watched super bowl online. For learning Hindi, we hired a tutor and he is picking up very fast. Work wise also not a lot of pressure, it is 9 to 6 job as we are a product company. We just received our shipping yesterday and I bought a bike. Still thinking about buying a car. Any questions?? | ||
