It is not pain......It is much happiness for a mentor on training right attitude guy. Teacher will be more happy if that student gets more success and he/she is globally rewarded for his work. Take an example if you are highly skilled in one area......dont expect you can train your kid or your relative in that area and make them highly successful. Your kids may be interested in another field. Dont force them to your field. Identify the best student who really interested in that field and train him.....He will make you proud one day!!!!! It is a win-win situation..... | ||

We have a concept called mentor mentee relationship in my earlier company Microsoft....Any employee in microsoft can choose his mentor who can spend 20 hrs or more per month who can guide you on your personal career.......You can choose any mentor from Billagtes to Steve Ballmer (If they have extra time to spend on you, they will accept you)........what a wonderful concept......i recommended this concept to many of my friends and companies I am following this.......starting from my professional life.......I have a mentor who helped me a lot on my career......I have mentees who i am helping them Life lo manaki manchi suggestions and career ki help chesey guru/teacher vundali..... | ||
