If you call the Virginia traffic court office vallu fine ento cheptaru. And then find out if it is indeed a reckless driving ticket. If it's not reckless driving and just speeding (based on the speed u were doing) then you can just pay the fine and you will probably get 4 points. If you take defensive driving class you can reduce the points. If it's reckless driving then figure out ur options - hiring an attorney etc etc. Read the link I gave, it's long but useful. | ||

which state do you live in? If you don't live in VA and you get convicted on reckless driving I dont know how that works out with regards to your drivers license status in VA or your state. Meaning or the DMV databases connected? If yes, VA info will come to your DMV. And getting convicted in VA would show up on ur insurance history in another state or not kooda naku teliyadu. Ask your friends in VA to find out if they ever used a traffic court lawyer. Talk to that guy on the phone, explain the situation and ask him what your optoins. Blind ga fine matram pay cheyyaku. but even with all those I never got reckless. Once I got doing 95 on a hwy with 65 mph limit but the cop wrote it as speeding, not reckless. Don't know why Sachin would get reckless for 81 over 70. That's why I said hire an attorney. Reckless driving on ur record is not good for insurance. | ||
