there is one more way talk to your current employer to continue your GC process in case if client doesn't apply for you or if any thing goes wrong you can always come back to your old employer but it depends on how you deal with your current employer. | ||

first see if u have any periods u spent out of usa, they can be added to ur 6 yr period and thus push ur oct 2010 constraint. then talk to ur manager and other employees of company and see how long they typically take to start gc process. company lo general gc awareness ela undo choodu..nuvve first gc from that company aite, they will make lot of mistakes usually.aa companies lo inexperienced HR staff valla chala problems vastai..they will not coordinate with attorney..aa attorney kooda evado inexperienced untadu..so ivi choosi malla rethink cheyyachu | ||

Konchem risky affair... My bet would be to apply for labor from current company and then go for 140 premium (u will be eligible by then). Once you get 140 approved then move to FT position so that you can use the PD. If you think they will still offer FT position 8-10 months down the line...
