menthul thisuovadma valana Diabtes rakundaa vuntundi ani yekkada prove avaledu. Ayurvedam lo kudaa yi padhathi vunnatlu gaa thleiyadu. kaani menthlu aargyaaniki manchidi(blood puriifcation etc). Nothing is wrong if you take menthulu in the form what you told.

Garlic ni tablets rupam lo kannaa , oka garlic piece ni scrach chesi anaam mudha lo pettukoni thinadi. okkokka reku okkokka saari(2-3 times a day)

my dad used menthulu during his first few years of diabetics when he was changing his diet
then stopped it
side effects cud be stomach bloating and GI issues...he is a doc

i dont know abt garlic pills, but we indians use a good amount of garlic in our diet anukuntunna

Is it a good or bad idea to take garlic pills everyday?

Also, mentulu water lo nana petti aa water tagadam good or bad idea?

Asking b'coz I am thinking of doing these two. maa family lo chalamandiki diabetes vundi. So, proactive ga mentulu+water start chestama anukuntunna. But I don't know if it's going to cause any harm.

Same thing about garlic pills. Garlic is supposed to reduce cholesterol. kani just as a proactive measure vesukovacha anedi teliyadu
