yeah, that is true, I was not really impressed with the way Gilly, Symmo, Gibbs, RP Singh, Lax, venu gopal rao et al. Gilly can steal lead the team, after all this is t20, a batsmen just need to stay for a min 20 balls, and score as much as he can. Gilly is a good personality to be in the team, and sometimes, off the field personality needs to be considered, especially when there are younger players. Tough luck Chargers! We should now build a better team. Get rid of excess baggage - lax, gibbs etc See if this Roach and co delivers or trade him. Invest in youth - suman shetty, harmeet singh paid off. Trust in people like Monish Scout well during domestic season - get players like surabh tiwary. Get rid of HCA backed candidates. It was great to see DC in semis. 5 out of 5 takes guts. Finally, I am gonna place a bounty on RP's head if he does not pick by first 3 games of next season. | ||

There is no need to take out any one. But team composition in individual matches is important. TOday I felt it was a mistake to include RP. He has been an outlier through out the tournament.
