we used to shop groceries in walmart but realized walmart is actually not so cheap......we have a LEWIS grocery store here and it is really really good..they get thokakoora, sometimes gongura, bachalikura as well..and the prices are way cheaper than walmart.. ikkada janalu aite super planning..ma manager ade pani ga grocery deals search chesi, she'll purchase only those items that are on sale for that week.....manaki antha opikalu undav kada.. | ||

see, it's very easy to make a snide comment. I can do the same too, but I will desist. I didn't say one word about quality. The products might be the same, but the stores are filthy. The fairlakes store and sterling store in VA were so bad looking just 3 months ago. Now that Sterling store just got revamped, I will have to see how quickly the sterling store will go back to look like dirt. I didn't say one word about high end or low end. My comments were about customer service and how bad stores look. And I did say it looks like stores over here are worse compared to other stores based on other people's comments. Btw, maa voollo target lo venaka side huge "back to school supply section vundi". the same section is in walmart also. Both were fully stocked. One thing I did learn was to never go near any store the weekend just before schools reopen. What happens to all the left over supplies? do stores get to send them back to the vendors? Or, do they need to eat the cost of all the left over crayons and pencils? I bet every home with 2 kids has like 50 pencils and 100 crayons lying around in various shapes :-) | ||

Kmart is worst of the lot in every aspect. Mega garu, asalu, kosaru theda lu vuntaya shopping ki vellinappudu. Say I went looking to buy something at Walmart and it is not in the obvious section, it's impossible to find the CS rep and then they are so over worked, they pretty much don't even look at you. The good part about walmart is that the prices are dirt cheap most of the time. | ||
