they are just one more route to expedite. recent past lo, maybe because of the GC processing load, there was a lot of backlog. it may change after sep 30th. | ||

EAD seen is like this: 1.if emp happy with renewal notice.. u r good.. 2. if not, take a letter from employer and fax to ins, I can give tel 3. if you still interested to get early, u need to aproch senator and ask for expedite.. they are happy to do after 70 days.. _____________ for me, I am in 1 and 3 | ||

temp EAD adanthaa buss. 60 or 75 days tharvatha you can raise an SR. do that and then contact your local congressman or senators to expedite. only that can help in getting it early. even with that, it's taking more than 90 days. | ||

EAD reciept theesukoni INS offcie kellatam antheyy. If it has been more than 90 days, INS issues Temporary EAD valid for 3 or 4 months. Take the reciept, thats it | ||

Experts, My wife's EAD expires on Sep 24th. We applied for renewal on July 9th. Still did not get it.. vachiddo raado ani nervous ga undi since she might have to loose her job.
