In my case my vendor asked me to stop working. So i stopped . 4 weeks ki vachhindi. Lucky ga job vundi. ANd i continued. Mi employer / venodr ok aither probelem ledu . As long as u apply 90 days before the expiration u are safe. U can go to the nearest INS offcie and get one. without EAD u are not supposed to be working. not even on leave. Employer has to remove u from payroll. | ||
