The state budget in 1994 was a surplus budget. Institutions like APSRTC were profit making institutions before TDP came to power. CBN over drafted the state budget almost every year. Everyone with knowledge in finance knows the consequence of over drafts, some of which are like pay increased interests, loans which can be written of if the states don’t overdraft would be converted to loans on which the state has to pay interest again. CBN shamelessly used the funds from TTD even to pay gov’t salaries. 2) When he came to power the power sector is in huge losses i.e near to bankruptcy. He brought in reforms, by intraducing new technology, by establishing new power plants,by marginally increasing the slab rates and by strenghtnening distribution networks he dragged the sector in to the healthy postion. IDHI PEDDA BUTHU….AP POWER WAS IN PROFITS BY THE TIME TDP TOOK OVER. CREDIT CAN BE GIVEN TO HIM FOR BREAKING THE INSTITUTION INTO GENCO AND TRANSCO. GENCO WAS TOTALLY NEGLECTED. NO STEPS TAKEN TO INCREASE THE POWER PRODUCTION EVEN AS THE DEMAND INCREASED, INSTEAD POWER TARIFFS WERE INCREASED 5 TIMES. FARMERS USED TO PAY ABOUT RS: 350 PER 1Hp power. These authoritarian collections were one of the main reasons for the farmers to go bankrupt…some committing suicides. 3)Coming to education,There were only 30+ engeneering colleges in state during 1995. only the few merited got the seats in them while many people were left behind to do other useless degress. He bought that to around 200+ colleges such that even the average studing poor can get into engeering colleges and get good jobs or go to overseas for better oppurtunities. OTHER USELESS DEGREES???? WOW…stupid CBN also made the same coment that we should get rid of all the arts colleges. How foolish can that be. Leaders like this are the ones that the will be responsible if our future generations totally forget about our past, traditions and literary values. Stupid leaders forget that science is one of the legs that prop the education/knowledge table for a balanced society. 4) While there is no much industrial activity in A.P during or up to 1996. He took a big daring step to bring IT to hyderabad. such that many people got the jobs there.Which increased the state revenues, provided indiret growth to other industies and indirect employemnt to lot number of people. Let us take a deeper look… oka mandal…nodal officer is a doctor from animal husbandary dpt anukundam, the AE/DE from all the engineering departments, MRO, MDO ever one should report to the nodal officer..about their works. This is the biffest joke of a system that looks like a failure even on the paper. What the hell does a veterinary doctor know about revenue and irrigation departments? So aa dpts. Lets Come to YSR Points. 1) His intentions on projects is good, but he is unable to stop the bribery in his govt as he himself is taking commisions from the builders.He dint had command on govt machinery. What is the use to have projects with hege costs when there are collapsing for small rains. example- a) panjagutta flyover, b) a pipe line is whased away in trail run c) Gates of the projets have been washed away for minimal level of water in that project. d) bunds that have been built around the canals have been washed away for as much as little rains. e) many of the projects lack good technical design and quality to with stand longer times. 2)Now Come to indramma houses, The reality is only some amount of the total cost is funded by the governament. i.e nearly 20%. The remaing amount has be beared the receivers by way of loans. this has really kept the poor away. THe only beneficiarys are congress workers and leadrs. Even there are lagre variation in the number of houses built and the numbers that are being diclared. The quality of houses is that there are huge cracks with in an year of construction. Even people are scared of living in them in some areas. 3)YSR really failed to keep discipline in his party. There is no limit to the extent the ministers are talking on farmers. one minister calls the farmes a drunkerd. One treatens to beat them when they ask for support prices. One Asks them to stop eating biriyanis.Some went to the extent of displaying weapons to fear the people. 4)YSR made state politics as his family business.He brought all his family members into politics, gave them good posts and ministrys.He started companys trough them to get the project contracts, mining leases for low royalty like indu project belonging to his son, iron ore mining trough obulapuram minning company and chimakurti granites. 5)YSR is grabing land for govenment projects from the poor and is not providing good packages for them. At the same time he is selling Govt land to run the government. Even he dint paid any package the people who are displaced by the projects. 6)YSR is making shows like PAlle Bata and nagara bata to imitate CBN . But he is not solving any problems there. He is just go on giving false promise there and is misleading people with his huge speeches and convoys. 7)He is uncapable of geting any funds and projects from the centre dispite having 30 MP\\'s.He is uncapble of getting relief funds during cyclone, uncapble of getting good railway budget to the state. It is Pitty on him that he must go and sit at the feet of delhi leaders to get the works done. 8) YSR has the great history of even critisizing the juduciary. Law and order had failed in the state.IPS officers who are strict in their duties are given non important posts.Robberys and murders in the state had gone up in the last few years 9) YSR promised Free power before elections. But 75% of the farmers are not getting the free power. EVen there is not quality in power i.e low voltages, and severe power cuts. The farmers are in a position that they willing to pay for quality power. 10)YSR is Banking on CBN\\'s Development. He is giving free power to some farmes as the power sector had improved in CBN\\'s rule. THe industrial development what YSR is telling is initiated by CBN.EVen the shamahbad airort is CBN IDea. CBN collected Land for the airpot and beared the burnt of displaced people wile YSR banked on it saying that it is his developmet. 11)Did YSR brought any industies to the state. HE gave huge statements on FAB city (which inturn is CBN\\'s idea) but could not made it start. He Gave huge statement on Science city in Anantapuram which is a big Flop. He Gave huge statements on Satyaveedu SEZ which is a big flop. He is shamelessly taking the credit of industrial development. 12)YSR is grabbing the poor people lands and giving them to businees men in name of industries. But instead these business men are doing real estate business instead of establishing industries. 13)Above all YSR dont know how to behave in House. He has no leadership qualities.He dont know what comes from his mouth. He has a credit of critisising opposition leaders with the words that the whole country was shocked by hearing them. He wants to close the house in the afternoon by not giving the opposition leaders a chance to discuss on serious issues. His behaviour is so worst that that he is unfit to sit in the house. He side lines the discussion and the house by making vulgar staements. 14)YSR failed to understand the farmer needs.He failed to provide the support price to the farmers. He failed to give Scolar ships to the BC\\'s. He failed to stop the babli Dam.He failed to stop farmer suicides. He failed to stop weavers sucides. Here what i want to tell you is YSR is just riding on the wave which is created by CBN.He din\\'t did any thing astonishing by him self. He intraduced 1-lakh crore budjet by growth set by CBN.It is a utter shame to run the govenment by selling lands. YSR critisied CBN for taking loans from World bank. YSR critisezed CBN that He made a 24,000 crore loan to 50,000 crore loan in 9-years. But YSR Made to 95,000 crores in less than 4-years.
