Texas has a slightly different primary process any way - the Texas two step that decides delegates...126 delegates are decided by the primary vote and 67 additional by the caucus - only by the voters who go and reaffirm their vote after polls close on Mar 4 .
And the way delegates are stacked is based on traditional voting patterns the blue districts have more delegates than the red ones- which could work to Hillary's disadvantage cos the dem districts are also the predominantly black districts
