Back in October 2009, I was stopped over by a cop who charged me with speeding (20 over) and reckless driving. I appointed an attorney who went to the court on my behalf. The good news is that the charge for reckless driving has been dropped and speed has been reduced to 9 over. My attorney sent me a letter stating that he used the prayer for injunction clause for me. As I tried to reach him, I came to know that he is out on a vacation and is getting back mid-next week. Do any of you know what this prayer for injunction clause is all about? |
