First lo same elane chesedhanni. Taruvata naa recipe ni konchem maarcha. Bread ni fry chesina (nenu ela deep fry cheyyanu. Konchem neyyi/butter penam meedha vesi bread ni kalusta. So maree ekkuva neyyi peelchadhu) taruvata aa biled milk lo munchutha. So bread milk ni konchem observe chesaka sugar syrope lo vesta.

Vedio lo cheppina method lo chesina dhanikante konchem maarchi chesindhi andhariki nachindhi. May be milk taruvata poste adhi purthiga observe kaka povadam valanemo anukunna.

ery simple soup with boneless.....

chicken ni as usual marinate with vodka/whiskey and karam, uppu, ginger garlic etc....

pan lo oil, onions fry chesi...oions vegaaka tomatoes kuda esi konchem sepu ayyaka...ee mixture ni blender lo esi, konchem water posi salt, karam esi blend cheyyandi....velaithe blender la oka rendu soft and small chicken mukkal kuda eyyandi...soup lo kuda chicken flaviur vasthadi..

taravtha pan lo inkonehcm oil or butter esi chicken mukkalni oka 10 mins ala fry cheyyandi...taravtha aa tomato-onion soup mixture ni andulo esi kasepu uduikinchi...malli kavalsinanthe uppu, karam, masala esi, fridge lo nundi oka beer teesukoni adi tagutha tinneyadame....

take a fork and stick in the piece ( go for thigh if u r cooking with bones)...it is goes through easily and if it is visible that there is no pink/un-cooked part ...then stove kattay

chick gravy recipes (healthy w/o butter and cream) ettandy if possibl. Eppudu same recipe tini tini boring.

naa recipe: marinate chic with curd,ginger garlic,chilli powder,haldi,salt,cumin and coriander powder, koncham garam masala, koncham oil.


oil la cinnamon sticks,elachi, cloves, onions fry and mix marinated chic.

any meat be it chicken/mutton/bada ghost...moisture dobbithay becomes hard/chewy...
onions vegaaka medium to high heat lo chicken nee veyyi, as soon as one side gets surface turning white , turn the peices over and put in sim to medium heat...this way u retain moisture

Online lo chesinattu chesthe chwey vachindhi kadhaa..

nenu chepindhi first 5 mins high so that oil lo fry avuthayi..next slow fame for 40 mins with lid on..last lo 5 mins (depending upon gravy) with mixing to make sure that it dont get burnt
