looks like everyone is waiting for Hdyerabad RE to fall..baaga investing ki ready avuthunaaru..if at all this happens malli Hyderabad RE will rise anipisthundhi..



actually this will be the right time to buy in the market, good investment opportunity as the prices will go down but eventually come back up. industries are going no where.

HYD RE position will down for the next 2-3 years...
mark my words...it will be bloodshed...

huge gap between supply & demand..
political & T state uncertainty..
recession
high prices..

dont even think of investing in the new year or so.
