it worked last time bro..our db mate shawshank took the position and is doing fine..but that case is a lil different..there was no drug test from the vendor..and right from the word go, i knew i wasnt gonna take the job so we provided ssn and all the other details of shawshank..and he had a piece of my name in his..so we convinced the vendor to change the name in the paperwork and there were no problems..shawshank is being shawshank there.. ikkada ala kadu..anni aipoyai.....my ssn, drug test and everything was processed on my name coz i wanted to take the job..adi matter.. | ||

pharma company antunav. what if they check do a security check? your employer has to apply LCA for that state that is mandatory now. Say you got a contarct in NJ/NY he has to apply LCA on his name. plus USCIS vallu guest houselu medha raiding and making it tough. | ||

sure bro..thanks for the word of caution.. i am a little hesitant too..but if i think abt it there is no way they could figure out that's not me..i mean the payroll will be run corp-corp (betn my vendor and my employer), so how would anybody know that iam in 2 jobs? moreover the payroll of the candidate will be run on his name like any other job..the only thing is he will be called with my name at work.. let me know if i am missing anything here?? if there is a risk, i will let it go.. | ||
