Remember this guy is in high confidence of his higher ups as they are also looking to meet their revenue targets and client satisifcation. Client is satisified only if the deliverables are met. Another thing I hate is rating system. They ask you to come in week ends and when it comes to rating they would portray as if you did nothing and start from there. I have seen many such people.... they might be good at technical skills but many of them are not good at managerial skills. Asalu 360 degree feedback system unte ittanti chetta managers ni konchem control seyocchu. Maa company feedback lo kooda I requested the same. Hopefully it will be implemented soon.
