I think its a mix of the two. A child who has good inherent leadership abilities may totally stop using them if the the environment around him does not reward out of the box thinking.. as a result stunting the growth of those abilities by the time he/she reaches adulthood. On the other hand a child with not-so great inherent abilities may hone them due to the incentives from the environment to a state higher that the kid in the previous case A child who is raised to think thru problems, find solutions and bear consequences will always be a better leader than a child who has always been given the directions to follow , spoonfed with solutions My two cents aa chal ke tujhe main leke chalu ik aise gagan ke tale jahan gam bhi na ho, aansoo bhi na ho,bas pyaar hi pyaar pale | ||

Ee program bane untadi. I'm not a regular follower... initial ga konni episodes regular ga choosevaadini... oka saari ETV alavatu paddaka vere program anni odilesa. Ee program lo every episode lo 2 families ni random basis ga select chesthaaru.... who are socially, financially ila difference undelaa choosthaaru. Oka wife velli vere valla intlo 2 weeks spend cheyyali and in the process learn something from there and share it finally. She has to manage the house and kids without much conflicts. You get a chance to see how other families are managing their homes. How many of you believe in this? Are leadership skills in-born traits or talent that cannot be trained or cultivated? Personally I believe that this statement might be true earlier but in the last decade with so much of research gone into Management I strongly think that now Leaders can be made.
