saaalamandi sangibhavam prakatincharu...flooded with praising emails anta...

monnati email continuation.....online pettadam kaadu yekanga DVDs vodultharanta...

Dear all Exhibitors,

We cannot wait to Thank you all for joining hands with us in this fight against
ethic less, cheating business practices conducting by FICUS. since last couple of
days, lot
of emails have flooded congratulating, praising, encouraging us, that what we
pointed out in the previous email was so right and truth, so after reviewing all the
mails, we heard you and we decided to share few more
incidents Which we got from emails of other exhibitors, expressing their bitter
experiences/ victims of Ficus
1. They force exhibitor to sell on line tickets in their associate
site. And they never pay the exhibitor from the tickets sold online. If exhibitor
asks for the tickets money, they will convince the exhibitor saying that they will
adjust in the next movie, They re-invest such collected money in their next one. If
any other new comer or exhibitor calls for the movie they will sell it for few
extra bucks ( due to the lack of market knowledge fir the new party), here in this
process the previous exhibitor never gets the money for his tickets sold online.2.
They force exhibitors to deposit only cash into their accounts, probably they try
to hide the money from their partners itself.
3. Neninthe and oye producers are the same , when Neninthe was flop, then they
went to the same producer for oye and purchased it for less price, and they came
back and sold it to different new exhibitors leaving aside the exhibitor who
purchased Neninthe previously and lost money.
4. They are entering into new areas and purchasing movies , this is really
creating a wide gap between the distributor and existing exhibitor. In this process
they give cheques which get bounced , the result is that the movie will not
be screened, as the print will not reach.
5. Even the DVD companies are victims of FICUS double game play.
After reviewing all the responses for our first edition, we are even re planning and
designing a perfect plot which is much more effective than screening movie online.
We have decided to replicate 50k DVDs and distribute in all areas for free
