Land owners will say their price brother but this is buyers market, you can start at 85L for hmt hills bit and quit negotiations at 90L.

If the same house is in my hand 1 year ago and i want to sell it, the price tag could be as high as 1.35 Cr

nothing wrong brother, i gave an advance of 10L if i am able to make 8L on my 10L investment, sure I will sell it and look around to buy some thing else. one more thing 1.1 is not dead cheap it is reasonable price, dont think it is cheap comparing with the hyped prices you saw 1 1/2 years back
