dosa la ki brown rice use chestunna it has less starch and carbs compared to white rice dosalu kuda crispy ga vastunnayi idli/dosa any time better than filling up with rice. week lo okasari rice migata rojulu rye flour + wheat flour tho 1 chapathi for lunch and dinner |

no, green leaves ante, aaku kooralatho currys chesukoni ragi balls tho thinedi. ragi balls usual ga peddaga chestharu..typically one ball per person per meal annattu. rice with water stove meeda petti, rice almost boil kagane, paina ragi flour veyyali..konchem sepu cook ayina tharuvatha stove meeda nunchi dinchi baga mix cheyyali..(oka wooden stick vasthundi) theddu katti antaru..mix chesi malli oka 2 mins stove meeda pettali... tharuvatha stove nunchi theesi, rice ni balls laga cheyyali... ragi balls with chicken..the ulti combo.. Eat more fruits and vegetable and protein rich and fiber rich foods cut down rice and sweets, alcohol and smoking use 100% whole wheat for chapathis dont use desi chapathi flour (they are mixing maida or all purpose flour) it is not good maida has more starch. |
