Almost spoon feeding about PR application is available online....looks like there are easy ways of immigrating to Alberta these days....I am not really on top of the things as I did it long time ago.... Go to http://cic.gc.ca this shud provide all the details.....but then I heard it is taking a long time these days....like 1-2 years.....if you are able to stay in US for the next 1-2 years.....you should be able to survive in US....... consider the canadian thing as a total backup option, unless that Alberta thing works out and you come here on work visa and then apply for PR..... | ||

Same with me here Poli dude....I got it in May 2006....and had to move to meet the 2 year constraint......as I thought US will go thru hard times in the coming years....I definitely dint want immigration constraint on me... Not sure what the deal is if you cannot stay for 2 years in canada......check the application to extend/apply permanent resident card...if I remember properly, it has all the different clauses that can exclude the 2-year stay....see if anything applies in your case..... Like Nani said, the best thing is to call the call center and generally they are very nice and polite..... Nanigadu, Congrats Dude.....Cudn't send you a mail earlier.....be happy that I dint do it....I suck big time at maintaining personal relations.....you seem to be a nice and lucky guy... | ||

Brothers, Telsina vallu cheppandi...plzzz... I got my CANADIAN PR in 2006 APRIL!! I went to CANADA as landaded immigrant on APRIL 15th 2006 and came back in 10 days!! As per rules TO KEEP CANADIAN PR, A PERSON NEED TO BE PRESENT PHYSICALLY IN CANADA FOR 730 DAYS (2 YEARS) IN A 5 YEAR WINDOW!! Ante PR ochhina first 3 years CANADA lo undaka poyina next 2 years continous gaa unte status maintain chesi nattu!! In my case I continously had job in USA all this time and odili poleka poya!! Ippudu AMERICAN GC yeppudosthado teldu and suddenly why not maintain CANADIAN status anipistha undi!! But seems already 2009 APRIL ki naaku PR ochhi 3 years...pothe appudu poyi undi next 2 years unte sari poyedi but poledu!! Is there a way I can go now? Hope you understood my question...plz let me know if there is a way!! |
