My bad, presumed the boundaries of discussion were understood!!!! What is JP_Rock's case? H4 to H1, evidently not a CPT/OPT or FTE and no doubts, it is body-shopping only. so concerning all body-shopping H1s, there is no other go than to show up SOME projects/requirements and revenues SOMEHOW for getting through the visa processing. coming to FTE, am sure declaring projects/requirements are still mandatory, may have to be faked once in a while. I know of a case that happened with a friend of mine and his H1 was denied. | ||
