partly....and another obligation was the bretton woods...when US almost by deceit forced world economies...to peg their currencies wrt the dollar.... Do you know the yields of the Govt Bonds now....almost non sensical....and the IR curve are almost flat....... even if you inject a trillion dollars into this economy it will still take a decade to even show half of the inflated boom it showed on the back of borrowing in the last decade | ||

Dollar will weaken considerably in the next 5-10 years. The only reason why dollar still shows INFLATED strenght is owing to the pressures on local currencies to peg back wrt USD. China has started disposing most of its FX reserves that were in USD to Euro. India sold 10% FX reserves USD this year....Once the deleveraging reaches a litmus point, it will flash a sudden collapse in USD.... FX estimates predict that by 2015 1USD= 11 INR | ||
