After watching your terrific performance in SriRamulayya I became your fan. Till SriRamulayya Tollywood has missed the actor like you. Thanks to Paritala Ravi garu for his effort. You are the only hero after legend S V Ranga Rao who can act ferocious roles with ease and confidence and dedication. You have proved that you are the latest sensation in Tollywood with the latest hit Seethaya. I have watched all your movies and I can proudly say that all your movies are hits. You are the only hero in India who has got 100% consistency. That's really amazing. When did you go to mexico, is it after or before applying for transfer to B? Employer A, H1 is valid is from Jan15 2007 to Jan14 2010, I94 date is util Jan14 2010. Today date anuko. You applied for another H1, change of employer. Left to india. [Apply chesinappudu, I94 pamputaavu] Came back on Aug1 2009. Port of entry lo I94 nimputavu and you will get I94 expiration date as Jan14 2010. Employer B H1 approve ayyindi. Kaakapothe I94 number and date will be different. The expiration date would be June16 2012. So, you have two I94's: okatemo 2010 lo expiry, inkotemo 2012 lo expiry. This is not theory.. Our stay is dictated by I94. 1. US lo unnaavu. H1 apply cheshnavu. Apply chesinappudu you will attach I94 from your last arrival. Now, you left the country. Came back. Back return appudu you will fill a new I94 form. So, appudu neeku oka I94 ostadi and the validity of that is determined on your I129 expiry (797A or 797B or 797C). However, neeku already oka H1 pending lo undi anukundaamu. After you came back its approved. Aa approved H1 lo I94 expiry date would be different from you current I94 and moreove, the latest I94 will override the prev I94 and will dictate your stay. For suppose, your H1 is approved when you are in india. Then you are safe as you will show this latest I94 and no need to fill a new one. Nee case lo approve ayyindi kaabatti bathikipoyaav mam.. ledoo ante lolli ayyedi.. lolli ante, you again have to send your latest I94 for correction. Ado 1year padthadi ani antaru..
