I am so scared to go for stamping in India. I am a consultant but I do have a steady job at client's place. Still, I am very worried thinking about scenarios where I am rejected H1 visa. I have 9K on auto loan and 5K on credit cards, I have to find a way to default both before I go to India since I do not know if I would come back. Its so scary, I regret the day when I landed in this country. But I am to blame for not planning my future properly. Life sucks donkey balls! | ||

i don't know tyhe current situation in indian IT companies. they use to send consultants on B1 visa. 6 months B1 is very easy to get thru biggies like wipro, TCS, infosys. don't worry about salary. ask them if they can send you to US on B1 or H1. with MS and SAP it shouldn't be a problem to get a job. then once you are here in US, you know what to do. | ||

My question is can I initiate a H1b transfer (since my h1 transfer isnt revoked yet) in this rough time...Whats the probability for it to be approved is what my concern is...employers are charging around 4k and that too thgere are very less employers who came forward to do this.... Thumbsup, Looks like this is a clear cut case of an employer paying less than LCA.He is not a good employer, time sheet problem unnappudu he should have understood and make sure that you are not paid less than LCA that year..manchi employers faith meeda chestaru ee pani. Your options: Dont look desparate before the VO. I mean nuvvu F1 apply cheste he will get an opinion tat by hook or crook u r trying to get into usa. Since this years H1 quota is still open, try to find a new employer and apply for a new H1. tammudu, unfortunately there is no way for you other than reply to all their queries unless you have AP to enter if you have a pending I 485. Thses days this has become a norm to reject visas, deny H1 extensions and RFE's on all kinds of applications to USCIS. I can feel your pain.
