My typical day...go back home from work and reach home by 6.00 pm...play with kid....check personal emails....hit the gym 7.00 pm - 8.30pm or 9.00 pm. Dinner 9.30 pm.....and sleep around 11.30 pm....morning max 5.00 ki before melukuva vasthadhi.... |

Use your bedroom only for sleep and sex; if you do this, you will strengthen the association between bed and sleep. It is best to remove work materials, computers and televisions from the sleep environment. If you experience trouble sleeping on a regular basis, speak to your healthcare professional.
