kkd 170 nundi 140 ayyadu which is very hard kani kurrodu kasi bidda swimming nerchukoni mari edutunadu colestral ni normal sesukunadu with pure diet and exercise

Basic ga bottomline ettandi oka separate thread lo ettandi. Nenu inko two weeks lo India vellali kabatti, weight taggaalani choosthunna.

2 days ga mandu vasana choodaledu.(ivala kummaaali).
Sunday nundi night times emi thinatledu. No breakfast for the last 10 days.

Just moderate size lunch + Dinner ki fist full of Pistachios or Trail mix tho adjust avuthunna. Ide regimen ni two weeks follow ayithe at least 2 lbs tagguthaanemo choodali.

replace afternoon lunch with Salad, Evening 8 kala 2 chapatis tho lotta curry (cooked with less oil)... nite padukune okka 30 mins mundhu Activia youghurt(good for digestive system).. this shud be ur diet..

next execise..daily okka 400 cals burning cheyandi..yoga lo kapabathi ani techinique vuntadhi..try it..fast gaa tummy meedha effect vuntadhi..proven results..otherwise daily okka 10 mins crunches, ab meedha direct gaa effect pade exercises..
