Sunday nundi night times emi thinatledu. No breakfast for the last 10 days. Just moderate size lunch + Dinner ki fist full of Pistachios or Trail mix tho adjust avuthunna. have good healthy diet i.e. more veggies and fruits and do regular abs exercise these too makes ur tummy flat i reduced a lot but still have to reduce more  Driving is my PASSION. Ball or Bmmer does not matter |
