you cannot target one particular area and get results...
If your belly is normal belly then it can be reduced faster...if it is apple shapped or pot belly...chala kasta padali...but problem enti ante saggy skin vasthadhi......thaggina tharuvatha...
Basical ga you need ot get rid of excess fat...only effective way to burn fat/calories is Cardio.....Intense cardio seyyaka pothe...results emi vundavu..best is HIIT training cardio.
Still you need to follow 3 steps...
1. Nutrition/Diet - Low fat,Low carb, good protein rich foods. No sugar/Diary
2. Cardio - Best way to burn excess fat/calories
3. Strength training/abs
Abs mainly strengthen the muscle....doesnt reduce tummy as people assume..




Bingo!!! Believe me or not, exact ga idhey chepdaamu anukunna. kaakapothey madhyalo meeting valla veyaledhu post.

Excellent ga cheppaavu. My wife also tries to do the same. Ninna gattiga cheppaanu, abs valla no use, cardio undaali ani. she does treadmill for 30-40 mins. brisk walking type lo.

again cardio antey not only treadmill, elliptical etc. any workout that elevates and maintains your heart rate at more than normal for 20 mins is good.

nenu weights chestaanu, but of late, after workout oka 5 mins cardio type chestaa. non-stop ga 4 exercises that elevate your heartbeat. adhi chesaaka chaala aayasam vasthadhi, plus lot of sweat. adhi chesi second set, third set cheyadam chaala kastam :-)
