When you bake Fish water will be formed in the tray after baking for few minutes you have to take the tray out and wipe the water off with kitchen paper towels so that the fish pieces dont get over cooked in that water.

As you have requested several times
today I took some time and typed this in rush

Chicken Drumsticks or Chicken Leg quarters for Baking in the oven

peel the skin off using kitchen paper towels
take all the fat off. Wash them thoroughly and drain off all the water

for apporximate 2 pounds of chicken

Ingredients

Chilli powder 2 tablespoons
Salt 3 teaspoons
turmeric 1/2 teaspoon
Garam Masala powder 1/2 teaspoon
Dhania Powder 2 teaspoons
Ginger Garlic Paste 4 teaspoons
Sour cream 2 table spoons
Lime juice 3 limes
All nuts powder 1 tablespoon

mix all the above ingredients and mix with raw chicken pieces
if you want tandoori style you can buy Tandoori Chicken Masala and use 1 tablespoon of it

also, you can add food color red or orange 1/2 teaspoon.

mix it well with the chicken pieces close the lid tightly and soak them overnight.

when ready to bake take it out of the fridge and leave at room temperature before baking.

Take non stick or regular baking tray spread the aluminium foil spray cooking spray(Pam or any brand would do)
put the pieces on the foil spread them evenly and bake at 350

watche them every 15 minutes and turn them over so that they dont get burnet(maadipokunda vundali ante pieces tippi malli oven lo pettali) mari ekkuva heat anipiste bring the oven temparature to 250 or 200 and bake for another 15 minutes
pieces lopala cook ayinaya leda choodali if they are pinkish inside they are not done.
Bake for some more time.

once done turn off the oven dont leave the baked pieces in the oven they become dry

Enjoy.

You can do the same with Fish as Fish Cutlets.
