very unlikely .. the problem is .. next time .. they cannot and will not go alone .. they will again go with Lalu and Paswan .. also bad for Congress is .. it does not have local leadership in UP and Bihar (120 seat cow belt) except for Amethi and Rae Bareilly.
If they could have built as you said, they would have done that in UP, utilizing the euphoria surrounding Rahul's debut in 2004 and 2007 assembly elections .. they lack the infrastructure needed to gain electoral results and prospects! that is the difference between UP, Bihar and AP .. what Congress is in AP, that is BJP/NDA in those states .. they have an organization on the ground and can come up with results even after 10 years in opposition .. inka koncham nikkachi ga cheppalante ..
