I think they do...all mail in rebates go to PO Box. I use delivery confirmation if it over $50.00. Always delivered. if its priority shipping, USPS, Fedex, UPS ivi ippudu p.o.box ki deliver cheyyatam ledu. USPS will deliver to P.O.Boxes if its a regular shipping that you dropped off at mail box | ||
