LM bedar i just called my friend and he told me that its ok but on one exception as long as old company visa in urs passport should not expire. If it is xpired then u have to go for stamping. hope u understand what i mean to say Live Like an Elephant Die Like a Lion | ||

Naaku old company stamping Aug 2010 daak undi.. ee lopu nenu company jump ayi H!B transfer ches konna. Naaku EAD kuda undi.. daani vadala intha avaraku.. NO advance payroll applied. Just EAD renual and AC21 ( port of EAD to another job) chesina.. asalu vishayaaniki vaste, aa old H1B meeda India ki oka tripp veya vachaa? evaro pedalu yes ani chebuthunnaru.. ika pothe, incase not possible on old H1b, what is other best way of visiting India? going for stamping or aplying for AP? ol H1B stamping upayoga padithe naaku oka pani ayi poyiddi.. |
